A pilot produced for CBS Television and The CW in 2016: Transylvania centers on Victoria, a young woman in 1880 searching for her missing father, who has mysteriously disappeared during a werewolf attack in Eastern Europe.  Victoria travels to Transylvania to find him, where she teams up with Lestrade, a disgraced and cynical Scotland Yard detective.  Together they witness the origin stories of the most famous monsters and villains in history; from Frankenstein to Dr. Jekyll — and where all roads lead to the haunted and ominous Castle Dracula.
